Meet our founder

Charles Omega

Founder & Managing Partner

Charles Omega founded OGHC to give insurers, healthcare providers, employers and public institutions access to independent, evidence-based healthcare advice. His background is in health insurance advisory, medical claims management and utilisation review, provider network development, corporate medical benefits and healthcare analytics: the operational detail that decides what care costs and how well it is delivered. As Managing Partner, he leads OGHC's consulting work in Kenya and across Africa, and is building the firm's capability in health economics, healthcare policy, digital health and artificial intelligence.
